About Us

Prasiddhi is a multi-faceted Group. It began with the main objective of developing high quality residential properties in Bangalore and its surroundings. The company laid stress on making available reliable, timely and quality construction through professionally acceptable procedures and methods, at reasonable costs.

The Prasiddhi Group made inroads into the emerging area of infrastructure development in 2006. It was a judicious move considering the potential and imminent need for infrastructure growth in a fast developing country like India.

While property development activities include Residential Layouts, Apartments, Gated Communities of Villas, and Commercial Complexes, infrastructure comprises Roads, Bridges, Earth works and Wind Power.

Vision
The Prasiddhi Group will play an increasingly larger role in developing innovative and eco-friendly projects. Also the company’s plans include ventures into exciting new areas of infrastructure and power transmission.

Philosophy
At Prasiddhi, we are proud of our business philosophy: we act with integrity, honesty, and are open and transparent in our dealings. Our idea is simple - superior quality design alongside generous living accommodation and high quality finishes.

The Promoters
Mr. Subramanya Raju Konduru has acquired vast experience in business after his M.Com and B.L from Bangalore University. He has been an entrepreneur involved in civil contracts and restaurants for the last 20 years. He has immense experience in property development, construction and legal matters pertaining to land.

Mr. Srinivas Balabathuri graduated in Engineering (civil) from Andhra University and has an experience of 15 years in real estate and construction.
Both of them joined together and executed a farm land project of 100 acres near Nelamangala in consortium with another company.

While Mr. K. Subramanya Raju handled land acquisition, conversion, legal opinions, approvals, civil works, marketing etc., Mr. B. Srinivas took care of finance, administration, public relations, civil works & monitoring of the project. The entire project was sold rapidly and the total turnover was around Rs.1200 lakhs. This was success that could be wholly attributed to their foresight, abilities, and teamwork.

Subsequently, having learnt from the rich experience of handling a large project, both Mr. B. Srinivas and Mr. K. Subramanya Raju floated a new private limited company in the name of M/s Prasiddhi Properties (P) Ltd. and successfully ventured into the business of property development and construction.
